Yea! You made it a whole week! You are a third of the way there…Way to go!

Tonight, I am making the “Super Easy Potato Corn Chowder” from caringcarrot.com. Sounds like it should hit the spot. Our go-to quick eat is a refried bean tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes and fresh salsa. I need to put some avocado’s on there too. So fast, easy and good!
