Kids Town Movie Night

Don’t miss out on the fun in the Student Lounge this Friday Feb 13. Our Kids Town staff is hosting a movie night for the kids complete with pop corn, soda and red hots.
Starts at 6:30 with the movie and activities for the valentines party will follow.
This will also be an opportunity for you to contribute toys for the homeless children in our area. We have recently become awar of several displaced children living in the area with friends or realitives. Thankfully this means that they have a roof over their heads even if it’s not there own roof. However we wanted to speak the language of love they might understand. Kids Town staff decided they may not be able to give them a roof over their heads of there own but we could put a toy in there hands of there own.
We will be wrapping gifts to give away through our relationship with PADS and Bridges, Fish net as well as the soup kitchen.
Come and lets enjoy being together while reaching others together for HIM.

1.WALKING WITH GOD BY JOHN ELDREDGE
ITS ABOUT LISTENING TO THE HOLY SPIRIT AND FOLLOWING GODS VOICE. HAVING THAT RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS ON A ONE TO ONE.
I ENJOYED IT.
2.JUST WALK ACROSS THE ROOM BY BILL HYBELS
ITS ABOUT TAKING THAT CHANCE OF WALKING OUT OF YOU COMFORT ZONE AND HELPING SOMEONE YOU DONT EVEN KNOW AND LETTING THE HOLY SPIRIT LEAD THE WAY.IN THIS BOOK BILL TALKS ABOUT HOW HE WOULD DO WHATEVER THE HOLY SPIRIT LED HIM TO DO AND HE WOULD WATCH WAIT AND LISTEN.ITS WORTH THE TIME TO READ THIS BOOK.
